Shipping & Delivery
For all International orders: Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed, Orders will arrive within 1-2 business weeks after shipping.
Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed, allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after shipping.
(Orders placed after 6pm will not begin being processed until the following business day, orders placed on Sunday or Monday typically begin to be shipped on Tuesdays)
All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS), flat rate shipping, unless requested by you, the customer.
when placing an order you have agreed to the following terms:

- I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery.
- I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
- I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
- I understand that once my order has a tracking number from USPS (or other carrier per customer request) Lash Royalty Lash Parlor LLC is no longer responsible for the package.
- I understand that Lash Royalty Lash Parlor LLC is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS.
- If package is marked as DELIVERED, but you do not receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them. Lash Royalty Lash Parlor LLC is not responsible.
- In addition, though we make every effort to deliver as soon as we can, we can not be held liable for shipping delays due to natural, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters or courier delays. Also, we can not be held responsible for incorrect mailing addresses that you provide to us. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurately entered.
· WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IS INCORRECT AND THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE LOCATION. UNLESS WE HAVE EVIDENCE OF A TRACKED ERROR ON OUR END, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE
